The teen center's Board of Directors is comprised of two, like-minded, husband & wife teams that are happily married, work hard, love America, enjoy spending time with youth, and try to be active in their faith. Each having their own passions, gifts, and skills, they seek to manage the affairs of this organization with wisdom and prudence.
Eric and Joleen Guddat originally met in 2005 while serving as chaperones for the Riverside Youth Conference. They have been married since 2008 and live in Gardnerville, Nevada. They are the proud parents of three sons, Abraham (9), Winston (9) and Matthias (6). Eric works as a mining consultant and travels throughout the United States as well as internationally. Mark & Shiloh Hand have been married for 20 years. They purchased some land & built a house in Nezperce in 2009 and finally moved to the area after Mark retired from the Marine Corps in 2016. They enjoy great relationships with their parents & families, have been blessed with 4 wonderful children (Eden, Sierra, Ezekiel & Kaya), and cherish the friendships they've developed while traveling from place to place as an Active Duty Marine Corps family. Shiloh is a rock-star home maker and spends most of her time home-schooling the kids and shuttling them around to activities & appointments; Mark recently earned an LMSW and now works as a Behavioral Health Consultant. They both love America's favorite pastime & sport, would rather be on a sandy beach somewhere in the tropics, and enjoy ethnic foods & the arts. They met at a Ag Dept tail-gate party at a Fresno State football game and discovered they each have a deep rooted faith in God and place all of their hope & trust in Christ alone.

Josh and Julia McCarthy live and work on the breaks of north central Idaho's Camas Prairie. They have been married 3 years and are now delighting in the adventure of parenting their son Orrin. Josh grew up in Wisconsin but moved West to "cowboy" in 2016. He now works for his father-in-law on the family farm and ranch. Julia is a homemaker who dabbles in writing magazine articles and helping on the farm as possible. Both are passionate about their faith and also happen to love eclectic music, cows and cowdogs, good stories, and that first day of spring when you don't need your mud boots anymore.
